1. Create a free virtual world avatar
We decided for the virtual world Second Life to host our virtual state. Creating a Second Life avatar is free and takes less than 2 minutes.
2. Become a citizen of our state
Once you got your avatar you're ready to become a Bletaverse citizen. Visit our virtual space station and prepare yourself for something great!
